Greuther Fuerth II Overview

Mikel Arteta has paid a touching tribute to late club stalwart Ken Friar after guiding Arsenal to a comfortable European victory over French visitors Lille on Tuesday evening. The Spanish manager dedicated the poignant result in north London to the legendary figure following his sad passing at the start of the week.

Eberechi Eze has lifted the lid on Mikel Arteta's interval instructions after scoring his maiden goal of the campaign in Arsenal's commanding European victory over Lille. The attacking midfielder also praised the decisive contribution of the Gunners' second-half substitutes as the north Londoners maintained their perfect continental start on Tuesday night.

Arsenal continued their perfect start to the Champions League campaign with a clinical 3-0 victory over Lille at the Emirates. A cagey first half gave way to a second-half explosion, with goals from Jurrien Timber, Eberechi Eze, and Bukayo Saka securing the points.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has laid down a significant marker for Bukayo Saka, urging his star winger to adopt a more predatory instinct in front of goal. Despite a strong start to the campaign, the Spaniard believes his talisman must stop focusing on seasonal milestones and start hunting for multiple goals in every single fixture.
