The Ivory Coast international had five shots overall and put in a stellar display to inspire United to a second win from three matches since Van Nistelrooy took charge following Erik ten Hag's sacking, and the Dutchman was full of praise on the 22-year-old.
WHAT VAN NISTELROOY SAID
"He made a difference today, because of his goals but he was very sharp," the ex-United star told TNT Sports. "Well done to him, good game. Positionally we weren't good in the first half. We were much better at that in the second half. He has been incredible in training, he always trains well and is asking me to do more."
