Chelsea n'hésite jamais à recruter en dehors de la période de transfert habituelle et vient de devancer le Bayern Munich, géant européen, pour s'adjuger les services d'un nouveau défenseur. Le club londonien aurait ainsi assuré sa prochaine grande recrue en remportant la course pour s'attacher les services d'un jeune talent très prometteur, Valentin Barco. Ce joueur argentin polyvalent, qui s'est illustré en Ligue 1, devrait rejoindre Stamford Bridge cet été.
