    Grealish's future looks to lie away from Manchester City after he was left out of the squad for the Club World Cup. The 29-year-old has been staying in shape over the summer, posting regular fitness videos on social media, as he looks stay in peak condition ahead of the return of domestic football in August.

    Napoli are one of several clubs to have been linked with a move for Grealish, with it now having been revealed that the former Aston Villa star has been spotted training on pitches in Ravello, a town in the Campania region of Italy. Emanuele Falcone, the municipal councillor of Scala, has also let slip that he has heard Grealish been quizzed about his future by fans and asked about the possibility of following one of his former Manchester City team-mates to the club.

    Falcone told Radio Marte: "Grealish has booked our sports facility for the whole week, from Monday to Thursday. On Friday, he might pop over to Naples. He trained very seriously, like a true professional. Lots of fans stopped him for a photo and asked him if he really could come to Napoli? Him? Never a denial, just laughter and winks. In fact, he let slip a joke, 'You already have De Bruyne in Napoli.'"

    WHAT NEXT FOR GREALISH?

    Grealish will be eager for regular minutes next season in a bid to force his way into the reckoning for World Cup 2026. A move away looks inevitable, but fans will have to wait and see where Grealish will play his football in the 2025-26 campaign.
