How to watch today's Leeds United vs West Ham Premier League game: Live stream, TV channel, and start time

Two struggling sides at the lower reaches of the Premier League table are set to face off on Friday evening, as Leeds United welcome West Ham United to Elland Road in what could prove a crucial clash for both.

The Whites currently sit 16th in the standings with eight points from as many games, while the Irons find themselves languishing in 19th, having managed just four points in their opening eight fixtures of the 2025–26 campaign. Leeds come into this encounter licking their wounds from a 2–0 defeat to Burnley and have collected just one point from their last three league outings.

West Ham, meanwhile, will take heart from their last visit to Elland Road in January 2023, when they battled to a 2–2 draw. Their most recent win in Yorkshire came back in September 2021, when they edged a 2–1 victory.

Here, GOAL brings you everything you need to know about how to watch, including TV channel, streaming details and more.

Leeds team news

Leeds boss Daniel Farke revealed in his pre-match press conference that he faces several "late decisions" over team selection, with a number of players touch-and-go for the visit of the Hammers. Wilfried Gnonto and Noah Okafor remain major doubts due to injury concerns, while youngster Harry Gray will be monitored before a call is made on his availability.

To add to Leeds' woes, Ethan Ampadu and Pascal Struijk are both battling illness, and Farke was unable to confirm whether either would recover in time to feature. On the brighter side, Daniel James is expected to return to the starting XI after featuring off the bench against Burnley, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin looks set to continue leading the line-up front.

West Ham team news

As for West Ham, defender Konstantinos Mavropanos will miss the trip north after picking up an injury late on in their clash with Brentford. The Hammers will also remain without Niclas Fullkrug and George Earthy, who are sidelined until November.

However, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and El Hadji Malick Diouf are both poised to return to the starting lineup, while midfield powerhouse Tomas Soucek is set to mark a major milestone, his 200th Premier League appearance, when the sides meet under the lights at Elland Road.
