Bristol Rovers boss Matt Taylor has since commented on the possibility of players leaving the club this month. He said: "There’s always a potential if the right offer comes in, not just in terms of transfer fees but loans as well for anyone who’s not getting the game time they want or feel they deserve.
"We have to be open in terms of that. But the squad is quite thin all of a sudden which is strange to say because I came into the club and it was a big and deep squad. We just wanted a valuable contribution on the pitch.
"So there’s always room for manoeuvre in the next week or so but I’ve said all along that the reason I took the job was because of the quality in the squad and I always want to look within the building before looking elsewhere."
