McKennie has been linked with a move to Fiorentina and Aston Villa this year but the fact that Motta wants him and the likes of Chiesa, Wojciech Szczesny, and more, out of the club is telling. Despite that, being in the last year of his contract may make an exit more straightforward for the former Leeds United loanee.

If McKennie and the aforementioned players want to find a club before the new season, they don't have long to do it. For instance, Juventus begin their Serie A campaign on August 19 at home to Como after they round off their pre-season against Atletico Madrid on Sunday.
