    WHAT OLISE SAID

When he was asked about his expectations for the Bundesliga, Olise replied: "I think, probably it will be a bit different (from the Premier League), but, I don't know..."

When another journalist asked whether he preferred to score or assist, Olise looked confused and said: "Whatever. Both."

  • WHAT THE FANS ARE SAYING

An X user, @topboyphilemon, could not help but laugh at the short responses and wrote: "Bro gave up mid sentence 🤣."

Whereas, @CFC_R0m, wrote: "He has mastered the art of #nonchalant. So so so good."

A Bayern fan page, @MunichFanpage, wrote: "Olise is not made for any interviews or questions 😭😭😂."

However, another fan, @MusialaEra, was impressed with the answers and wrote: "Nah idc I love Olise‘s character. Straight to the point, not waffling for 288282 hours. He answered all the questions in 3 minutes. Top g."

    Meanwhile, @Dragonyte_CFC, wrote: "He's not serious 😭."

  • THE BIGGER PICTURE

Olise starred for Palace with 10 goals and six assists in 19 appearances in 2023-24. He could have bettered his tally but for an injury-marred campaign which kept him out of action for the bulk of the season. However, he would be eager to rediscover his form under new manager Vincent Kompany and inspire Bayern to the Bundesliga crown by removing Bayer Leverkusen from their perch.
