VIDEO: Ed Sheeran bizarrely performs for Ipswich players in a toilet during wild beer-fuelled Premier League promotion party

Ipswich have been wildly celebrating their return to the Premier League this past week after 22 years outside the English top-flight. Renowned Town fan Sheeran has been lapping up their achievement, and was seen partying with the team inside a club toilet at their home ground.

In one clip, the 'Perfect' singer was seen partying and dancing away to his 'Thinking Out Loud' hit, inside a men's toilet at Portman Road.

And in another clip, the pop superstar was filmed singing his 'Castle on the Hill' song with Ipswich's players, before breaking into a rendition of 'We've got super Kieran McKenna'.

Ipswich got promoted out of League One just over a year ago and now they have backed that up with a second straight promotion, edging out Premier League parachute payment clubs Leeds United and Southampton in the process. And they are quite right to celebrate this monumental achievement in style.

When Ipswich's promotion party eventually stops, the players will head off on their summer break, before returning for their pre-season preparations in the next couple of months. Now their greatest challenge awaits - the Premier League.
