    Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson confirmed ahead of kick-off that O'Conner has been ruled out ith a broken foot. He joins Steven Fletcher, Andy Cannon and Anthony Forde on the sidelines for the game. The injuries mean Parkinson has brought Will Boyle, Ryan Barnett, James Jones and Sam Dalby into his starting XI for the fixture.

    The Wrexham boss said: "Tom has a slight fracture in his foot which will keep him out for a few weeks. Fletch felt his calf and failed a fitness test this lunchtime. He wasn’t quite right but it’s nothing serious. Andy Cannon took a blow to the head last week and the doctor didn’t feel it was right for him to play. Unfortunately, Fordey’s back spasmed yesterday and he wasn’t able to play."

    The injury situation will test Wrexham's squad depth for the Welsh derby. Parkinson has already admitted there will be plenty of pride at stake as his team aim to contine their promotion push. The two sides met just four weeks ago at the SToK Racecourse in a game the hosts won 2-0.
