Look away now, Jurgen Klopp! Ex-Liverpool manager's Red Bull move brutally mocked by Mainz parade float

Klopp left Liverpool after nine years of having renewed the Reds' dwindling fortunes over a decade ago. A few months after having left the position, Red Bull's sporting department announced that they had tied down the German to the position of head of global football for the company. His job portfolio will include looking into Red Bull's numerous clubs, including Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.

Klopp, a manager who has often been described as a man of the people, has been heavily criticized by fans in Germany over his deal with Red Bull due to their 'interference' with German football with RB Leipzig's infamous rise to the top tier of German football. The former Liverpool manager is now set to have his own float at the Rose Monday carnival parade in Mainz, a parade known for its political satire.

Klopp's float has the former Mainz player and coach, with wings made of banknotes and holding a can of Red Bull's trademark energy drink along with a football. Additionally, the float also reads: "For Kloppo values he no longer cares about, used to matter. Because Red Bull lures with a lot of money, he is now falling off his pedestal with a crash."

The German coach is likely to stay out of the coaching scene for the next few years at the least as he fulfils his duties as head of global football with Red Bull, much to German fans' dismay. Klopp will remain far from the spotlight, something he has wanted since becoming a coach with Mainz.
