GettyWHAT HAPPENED?
A move to Germany appeared to be on the cards for the 33-year-old full-back in the summer of 2023. Bayern made a serious play for Walker’s signature, only to see him commit to a new contract at the Etihad Stadium through to 2026.
GettyDID YOU KNOW?
The Daily Star reports that Walker will be presented with another opportunity to leave his homeland and join former Tottenham team-mates Kane and Eric Dier at the Allianz Arena in the next transfer window. A new challenge may appeal after seven years at City that have delivered five Premier League titles, two FA Cup, four League Cup triumphs and a Champions League win.
