WHAT HAPPENED?
The England captain was quickly subbed off after he crashed into the frame of the goal and injured his ankle in the process. Doubts were raised over Kane's participation in his national team's upcoming friendly matches after Bayern boss Thomas Tuchel confirmed that the striker had twisted his ankle.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
On Sunday, the Independent confirmed that the former Spurs star will join the Three Lions squad at St. George's Park on Tuesday despite carrying the injury. The England team doctors will then asses his condition and take a call on whether the 30-year-old will be able to take the field for Gareth Southgate's side.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID
Speaking on Kane's condition, Bayern Munich sporting director Christoph Freund told BILD, "He will be looked at in England. He has trusted doctors there. We are in close coordination on this. Harry won’t take any risks."
