Greenwood has not been called upon since, with issues off the field ruling him out of contention. That has led to suggestions that he may be tempted to try his luck with Jamaica – with the Reggae Boyz, who now have ex-Manchester United and England coach Steve McClaren at the helm, leaving a door open.

DID YOU KNOW?
The Daily Mail reports that Greenwood is yet to file his "change of association request" to FIFA. Until that process has been completed, Jamaica will be unable to select the former Manchester United winger. Time is still on his side, but there is clearly no rush to chase a different international dream.
WHAT NEXT?
For now, Greenwood is focused on his efforts at club level. He completed a £27 million ($35m) transfer to Marseille over the summer and has already registered five goals for his new employers in France. If he were to join the Jamaican ranks, then he would link up with the likes of Michail Antonio, Leon Bailey and Omari Hutchinson.
