According to Sky Sport, Frankfurt made a loan offer of âŹ5 million with an option to buy at âŹ25 million (ÂŁ21m/$29m) for Osula during the summer, but the bid was rejected by the Magpies. The German club now plan to relaunch their pursuit of Osula in the January transfer window, as they look to strengthen their attack alongside Jonathan Burkardt. The Danish forward has already agreed personal terms with Frankfurt.
