Per Tuttosport, Juventus are willing to move Luiz on this summer as they bid to refresh their midfield. THE BIGGER PICTURE

The Brazil international has been limited to just three Serie A starts this season and, while he has a contract until 2029, Juve are said to be willing to discuss a deal this summer. Premier League clubs have been linked - Aston Villa have previously been linked with a move to re-sign the star - but Juve will not accept below €40 million (£34.5m/$44m), having paid €50m (£43m/$55m) to secure his signature last summer.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Luiz made 204 appearances for Villa during his time at the club, scoring 22 goals and registering 24 assists. He has also won 18 caps for his country, although he has not played for Brazil since the Copa America quarter-final defeat to Uruguay in 2024.
