According to journalist <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIBcaEw-xaw" target="_blank">Jorge Nicola</a>, the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/wonderkid-chelsea-eur75m-deal-sign-estevao-willian-palmeiras-psg/blt32275d1efd964131#cs39f48eb15a8fd272" target="_blank">Blues are keen on landing</a> the Brazilian youngster, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-in/lists/estevao-willian-wonderkid-messinho-chased-europes-elite-dreaming-barcelona/blt84a1a721a6499d05" target="_blank">dubbed Messinho (Little Messi)</a> and have reportedly placed an offer worth a total of €60m (£51m/$63m) for the 16-year-old. The deal works out to an fee of €40m (£34/$42m) plus €20m (£17m/$21m) in add-ons.

WHAT HAPPENED?

The 16-year-old winger's current release clause stands at €60m however, the report claims that Palmeiras may not accept the offer as they believe the player's value could go up. They are even considering offering him a new contract.

Messinho scored his first-ever goal for the Palmeiras senior side last week as he found the back of the net in his team's 3-1 win over Liverpool in a Copa Libertadores clash.
