'How are you not a d***?' - Wayne Bridge asked awkward John Terry question

Wayne Bridge skillfully dodged an awkward question on 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here' on Sunday as fellow contestants questioned him about which footballers he did not like.

The former Chelsea, Manchester City and England left-back famously fell out with ex-team-mate John Terry, who was married, after news of the latter's affair with his girlfriend Vanessa Perroncel went public in 2009.

Bridge refused to shake Terry's hand as City traveled to, and won at, Stamford Bridge and the allegations led to then-England manager Fabio Capello removing Terry from the captaincy.

The 36-year-old, though, opted against going back over the Terry feud and sidestepped as he instead named footballers past and present he is fond of.

"How are you not a d***?... You're just such a cool dude," dancer Jordan Banjo asked.

"Footballers aren't all d**** to be honest," Bridge replied. "There are a couple of people I might not have liked but you don't get on with everyone.

"I got on really well with Shaun Wright-Phillips and Micah Richards... I get on well with Scott Parker."

Comedian Joe Dommett concluded: "Wayne Bridge has absolutely destroyed that stereotype for me. He's a wonderful human being."

Bridge is now married to Saturday's artist Frankie, fathering two sons.
