STATE PICKS

Balcatta and Inglewood United continued their dream starts to the Football West Premier League, recording second-round wins.

Elsewhere, Brisbane Strikers rebounded from their heavy loss to the Sunshine Coast with a 4-0 belting of the Queensland Academy of Sport.

Croydon Kings are the only FFSA Super League team with six points after edging the Adelaide Blue Eagles 2-1.

Canberra FC, winners of the last five ACT Premier League titles, started their season with a 4-0 thrashing of the Monaro Panthers.

In the south of Tasmania, South Hobart made it three wins from as many games, while the Prospect Knights made a great start in the north.

Meanwhile, Rochedale Rovers slumped to their first loss in Brisbane after a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Redlands United.
