Just a day after 12-time Greece international Baldock was found dead at the age of 31, his national side faced England at Wembley. Moments after Vangelis Pavlidis put the visitors ahead in the Nations League clash, the striker lifted a shirt into the air with Baldock's name on the back in tribute to the former Sheffield United man.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Baldock was found dead in the pool of his house in Athens on Wednesday, with it later being revealed the Panathinaikos player's cause of death was from drowning. On an emotional night in London, Greece played their hearts out, no doubt spurred on by this tragedy, and beat England 2-1 as Pavlidis' last-gasp strike cancelled out Jude Bellingham's late equaliser.
