WHAT HAPPENED?
The 17-year-old winger scored a spectacular goal in his team’s 3-0 victory over Estrela Amadora, while Manchester United-linked Viktor Gyokeres stole the spotlight with two successful penalty conversions.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Quenda’s goal was a perfect blend of composure, dribbling and precision. Picking up the ball from outside the penalty area, he embarked on a dazzling solo run, weaving past defenders before unleashing a powerful shot into the top far corner of the net. His strike left the goalkeeper with no chance and served as a reminder of why Chelsea have invested heavily in him.
