  • WHAT THE FANS ARE SAYING

@harwood_steve took to X, formerly Twitter: "F*** off ITS A FOOTBALL STADIUM where a once great club used to win FOOTBALL trophies before a man came along 24 years ago and stripped that once great club of their great tradition FOR PURE GREED & MONEY!"

@andystone1978 tweeted: "Read the room ffs. "The home of NFL" ? Not the "home of Tottenham Hotspur"? At least we all know where the priorities of Enic are."

@tehTrunk put: "The home of NFL" - kinell," while @TsideSpurs added: "The home of Tottenham Hotspur, you p*****."

@Deano4x8 commented: "Oh dear... Purpose built NFL stadium. Home of NFL. Never mind the football club it's actually home to eh?"

    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Spurs, arguably, have one of the best stadiums in the world, and that allows them to host NFL games and concerts - as well as football matches. But this ground - which is a huge revenue driver - is predominantly for Tottenham football fixtures, and going by fans' reaction to this tweet, everything behind that is secondary.
