'Misses a lot in training!' - Tottenham hero Pedro Porro teased by Brennan Johnson over long-range stunner that sent Spurs through to FA Cup fourth round

The full-back's stunning 78th-minute strike broke the deadlock against a gritty Burnley defence in north London on Friday evening. However, the strike was no fluke as Johnson revealed that the defender consistently practices them in training to attain perfection, albeit missing the target on most occasions.

Johnson told ITV: “There was no luck about that. Everyone who watches him every week knows the quality he has, especially on the ball. I think sometimes he is too far out to shoot most weeks but he won the ball back and there weren’t too many options. He has the quality. He shoots a lot in training, misses a lot but it came off and it was an unbelievable goal.”

Ange Postecoglou's men were persistent in their efforts and, despite missing several key personnel, they emerged triumphant to progress to the fourth round in the cup competition.
