The passion and charisma of the AFC Wrexham co-owners has helped build a core fanbase for the documentary series, and the latest edition promises to be the most dramatic yet. Now, viewers can enjoy a sneak peak of what's to come, as the third series trailer is released.

Wrexham recently secured promotion to League One with a massive 6-0 win over doomed Forest Green Rovers that catapulted them to the third tier and created some cracking drama for 'Welcome To Wrexham' in the process. The Red Dragons won't be able to beat Stockport to the title, but they'll be going up regardless.

Former Wrexham pro Carlos Edwards recently spoke out about the difficulty of operating with cameras in the dressing room, noting how some players wouldn't be very happy about the interferences of a fly-on-the-wall show. That being said, it doesn't seem to be negatively impacting Wrexham's performances.

For American viewers, the third season of Welcome to Wrexham premieres on Thursday, 2 May. The series will consist of eight episodes tracking the team's exploits in the English Football League (EFL) for the first time in over 15 years.
