Real Madrid issue update after Jude Bellingham is replaced at half-time following collision with Getafe goalkeeper

The midfielder collided with David Soria in the 26th minute but was able to see out the rest of the half, even going on to score a penalty and set up Kylian Mbappe to make it 2-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu.

However, the England international did not return to the field for the second period, with Arda Guler taking his place instead. The club have since informed reporters that Bellingham felt dizzy and Carlo Ancelotti decided not to take a risk by keeping him on.

Bellingham now has three goals and assists in 10 La Liga appearances this season, having scored in each of his last three league matches.

Madrid will have the 21-year-old assessed after the game as they prepare for matches against Athletic Club and Girona over the next week.
