All seems to be well in Madrid. While Los Blancos have fallen out of the La Liga picture, their 1-1 draw with Manchester City in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final tie leaves room for optimism ahead of the second fixture at the Etihad next week. Things are solid on the injury front, too. A few months ago, Carlo Ancelotti was confronted with a litany of knocks, facing absences from Karim Benzema, Eder Militao and, briefly, Thibaut Courtois.
His fortunes have since changed. Although Benzema is slightly short of his best, Los Blancos are mostly fit and firing. Only Ferland Mendy is sidelined, but Eduardo Camavinga's continued excellence at left-back has eased the burden of his injury.
