    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Lord of Rings actor Mortensen, who is a lifelong fan of Los Blancos, has recently opened up about Mbappe's transfer to his favourite club where he slammed president Florentino Perez for signing the Frenchman, even though, they 'don't need him.'

  • WHAT HAS BEEN SAID

Speaking to La Provence, the actor said, "Real Madrid does not need Kylian Mbappé. It’s just for the ego of president Florentino Perez. Me, I think that with Jude Bellingham and Rodrygo, we have what we need, it’s not necessary. He should have come to Real two years ago. It’s too late."
