    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Cannon has played 28 times for Wrexham, scoring four goals in all competitions. The Red Dragons are pushing for a third-straight promotion and they will need every player in their squad to achieve that lofty goal, so losing Cannon is a big blow.

  • WHAT PHIL PARKINSON SAID

He told the club's website: "Our thoughts are with Andy at this time. Rest assured, we’ll get him the best possible treatment and he’ll come back better than ever.”
