Neymar turns to hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg for wisdom as Al-Hilal star shares messages to 'haters'

The Brazil star sought inspiration from American hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg to share a message for his "haters" on social media. Neymar shared Snoop Dogg's Instagram post - which carried a quote from another hip-hop artist Rick Ross - as his story. The quote read: "Hustle until your haters ask if you are hiring."

The Al-Hilal superstar has faced criticism over his fitness as he remains on the sidelines with yet another injury setback. Since joining the Saudi Pro League giants last summer, the 32-year-old has featured in just seven matches. The Saudi Arabian champions are reportedly even considering terminating his contract early.

The former Barcelona star's father recently dropped a hint that he could consider moving out of the Middle East, however, he expects his son to feature for Al-Hilal in the inaugural edition of the Club World Cup next summer.

It remains to be seen if the star player continues with Al-Hilal beyond the 2024-25 season. Neymar has been linked with a move back to his homeland as his boyhood club Santos are reportedly preparing a bumper offer for him.
