The Ghanaian players were left shell-shocked after the match including West Ham star Kudus who could barely speak in a post-match interview.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Speaking to GTV Sports+, the attacking midfielder was at a loss for words for the first nine seconds of the interview but later said, "I'm out of words... I don't know what to say, man. Thanks to the fans for their support, you know." When he was told that he was given the Man of the Match award, the player responded by saying, "Thank you, everyone, for the votes, thank you, thank you."

With two draws and a defeat, Ghana ended their group-stage campaign in the third position with just two points. Chris Hughton's side are now staring at an early exit from the tournament, barring a minor miracle from other groups.
