  • WHAT HAPPENED?

United have agreed to pay Cunha's £62.5 million ($84m) release clause ahead of a deal that will see the striker leave Wolves and move to Old Trafford. The Brazilian scored 15 Premier League goals in 2024-25, as Wolves finished 16th. Fans have reacted with a mixture of elation, mainly from United supporters, to dismay, from rivals, who claim he is going from "one relegation battle to another".
