Man Utd transfers: Red Devils' three-player shortlist for centre-back reinforcement this summer - revealed

Manchester United have identified three centre-backs to bolster their backline in the summer transfer window.

WHAT HAPPENED?
With the arrival of Sri Jim Ratcliffe as the co-owner of the club, United will aim to rebuild their squad in the upcoming transfer window. They have reportedly prepared a shortlist of centre-backs as they look to strengthen their backline ahead of the 2024/25 season.

According to the Daily Mail, the Red Devils are eyeing moves for Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite, 18-year-old Boca Juniors defender Aaron Anselmino and 19-year-old Barcelona B starlet Mikayil Faye. The Premier League giants will look to sign at least one out of the three shortlisted candidates.
