Luke Shaw prepares to QUIT Man Utd! England star open to Saudi Arabia transfer after Ruben Amorim brings in new wing-backs

England international Shaw moved to Old Trafford from Southampton in 2014. He has made 287 appearances for the Red Devils, but injuries have decimated his 11-year spell at the so-called Theatre of Dreams.

A badly broken leg suffered early on in his United career kept Shaw out for 11 months, with it claimed that stints on the treatment table have cost him five years in total. He does still have two years left to run on his contract in Manchester.

He may not see that out, with The Sun suggesting that Shaw is ready to explore opportunities elsewhere. It is claimed that interest in the 30-year-old defender has been shown by teams in the Saudi Pro League that would have no problem covering his £150,000-a-week wage packet.

Shaw is willing to listen to offers after seeing United boss Ruben Amorim add Patrick Dorgu and Diego Leon to his left wing-back options. Diogo Dalot is also capable of filling that role for the Red Devils.

Shaw has been used as a centre-half in a back three at times, but that was only to cover injuries to others and he accepts that a fresh start may be required in order to make up for lost time and find the regular minutes that he craves.
