Chelsea and England star Millie Bright is enjoying some winter sun during the WSL break, with a masquerade mask donned during New Year celebrations.

  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    The 30-year-old defender, who has captained the Lionesses during the injury-enforced absence of Leah Williamson, has jetted off to Mauritius with her fiancee Levi Crew – with the pair having announced their engagement on December 26. Bright has been able to head for white sand and crystal clear water in the Indian Ocean as she has no club commitments at present.

    Defending WSL champions Chelsea will not be back in action until facing London rivals West Ham in the FA Women’s Cup fourth round on January 14. That is giving Bright and Co an opportunity to recharge their batteries at the start of 2024.

    Bright welcomed the New Year in style, as she enjoyed a night out with partner Levi. The pair enjoyed a meal and some music, while also sporting some fetching masks – but the Euro 2022-winning star was fooling nobody with her disguise.
