Kylian Mbappe gets CR7 treatment at Real Madrid! Blancos to use Cristiano Ronaldo methods with latest ‘Galactico’ signing

The World Cup winner is finally heading to the Spanish capital after several years of speculation. The Blancos have got their man as a free agent, having previously tabled some eye-watering transfer offers. Mbappe has severed ties with Paris Saint-Germain after reaching the end of his contract.

Mbappe, who struggled to produce his best for France at Euro 2024, is not as sharp as he could be after seeing Luis Enrique limit his game time towards the end of a record-breaking spell with PSG. He also suffered a broken nose on European Championship duty.

Real Madrid are eager to ensure that their superstar signing hits the ground running in 2024-25, which means he will be put on a Ronaldo-esque training regime. AS reports that the 25-year-old will be working with Antonio Pintus – who helped CR7 to achieve the conditioning that is allowing him to play on at 39 years of age.

Pintus, who has earned the nickname ‘The Sargent’, is famed for his gruelling fitness sessions. He will work with Mbappe across pre-season, ensuring that the Frenchman is ready to help defend La Liga and Champions League titles during his debut campaign.
