WHAT HAPPENED?
According to A Bola, the 30-year-old is completing the formalities of the transfer in Paris, before heading to the Saudi Pro League side. The ex-Barcelona loanee is reportedly going to sign for the club this week for £21m ($28m) on a salary of £13m ($17m) - excluding bonuses.
Cancelo joined City from Juventus in 2019 and went on to make 154 appearances for the Manchester outfit. In that time, he scored nine goals, and won three Premier League trophies as well as the FA Cup and Carabao Cup.

WHAT NEXT?
While Cancelo's transfer edges towards completion, his prospective new team Al-Hilal are next in Saudi Pro League action on Wednesday at home to Damac. If Cancelo doesn't sign in time for then, he could feature against Al-Riyadh on September 14.
