United announced earlier this week that they were hiking ticket prices, as Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS embark on a controversial cost-cutting exercise, sparking an intense backlash. Tickets for the remainder of the season will now start at £66 regardless of the buyer's age. They have already dismissed legendary former manager Sir Alex Ferguson, and made multiple staff redundant. Now, it appears the tide has firmly turned, with United fans coming up with an X-rated chant, comparing them to the deeply unpopular Glazers.

United fans have consistently protested against the Glazer family's ownership but many believed they would have a fresh start under Ratcliffe and INEOS. That has not exactly panned out, while the club have also been forced into a managerial change, sacking Erik ten Hag and replacing him with Ruben Amorim, as they remain in the bottom half of the Premier League table.

United face Everton this Sunday as they attempt to find their way back into the top half of the Premier League.
