WHAT HAPPENED?
The Blues had a fruitful journey in the 2024-25 campaign, which saw them win the Conference League and finish fourth in the Premier League and thereby seal a Champions League slot. The club are now expected to remain busy in the summer transfer window as Enzo Maresca will look to rebuild his team to potentially challenge for league title next year.

Chelsea are eyeing a move for Borussia Dortmund's Jamie Gittens as they are looking for a right-footed player who can operate from the left side. They are also on the verge of completing their first summer signing after Liam Delap agreed personal terms to move to Stamford Bridge from Ipswich Town.

The west London side will also offload a bunch of players to finance their new signings. According to The Guardian, the club could part ways with Madueke as they feel that the 23-year-old forward's progress has stalled. The club has as many as 13 other players who will be made available in the transfer market. They are Christopher Nkunku, Joao Felix, Robert Sanchez, Djordje Petrovic, Renato Veiga, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Wesley Fofana, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Carney Chukwuemeka, Raheem Sterling, Trevoh Chalobah and Lesley Ugochukwu.
