Barcelona in Mason Greenwood talks? Deco spotted meeting with Man Utd football director John Murtough ahead of summer transfer window

The trio was filmed by Jijantes FC in the city of Barcelona alongside two agents from the CAA Base agency, Frank Trimboli and Federico Massai. Diario Sport report that the group could potentially have been in touch to discuss the potential move of Mason Greenwood to the Catalan side.

Manchester United are ready to listen to offers for Greenwood even though a final decision has not yet been made on the forward's future. Sir Jim Ratcliffe has said a fresh decision will be made on the loanee who has not played for Manchester United since charges of attempted rape among other alleged offences were made against him in January 2022. The changes were subsequently dropped when key witnesses withdrew and there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction.

Greenwood has made an impression at Getafe, since his controversial move to La Liga on loan in the summer from Manchester United. He has been one of the outliers in the Getafe squad alongside Borja Mayoral and has scored eight goals and provided five assists from the right wing.

The future is still up in the air for the 22-year-old as the Red Devils are yet to decide what their course of action will be when the winger returns to the club in the summer, once his loan deal with Getafe comes to an end.
