Atletico Madrid threaten to CANCEL £33m Conor Gallagher transfer as they fume at Chelsea over failed Samu Omorodion deal

Atletico Madrid are reportedly threatening to cancel Conor Gallagher’s transfer from Chelsea after seeing Samu Omorodion’s move to England collapse.

WHAT HAPPENED?
The Spanish giants have a £33 million ($42m) deal with the Premier League heavyweights agreed for England international Gallagher. He is in Madrid for further talks, with a medical ready to be taken before a long-term contract is signed.

It is, however, being claimed by talkSPORT that Atleti are ready to “pull the plug” on that deal. They are disappointed that Chelsea have walked away from a £36m ($46m) transfer for Olympic gold medal winner Omorodion over concerns regarding his fitness.
