    Arsenal have carved out a reputation as perhaps the most effective team from set-pieces in the Premier League over the last two seasons. And now, Mikel Arteta has confirmed that the club are in talks with their set-piece guru Jover over extending his stay at the Emirates.

    Since the beginning of last season, Arsenal have scored 22 goals from corners, more than any other side. Jover is also reportedly in line for a potential pay rise, with the Gunners indebted to his tactical ingenuity. In midweek, they beat Manchester United 2-0, with both goals being scored from corners.

    Arrteta confirmed that multiple members of his coaching staff are in negotiations, telling reporters: "It is difficult because four or five people committing at the same time is not easy to do.

    "I am so happy with them and I value them at the highest level. I want to continue together so hopefully it will be revolved very soon."
