Deal imminent! Aaron Wan-Bissaka reaches West Ham agreement as £15m transfer nears completion - giving Man Utd all clear to bring in Noussair Mazraoui

Per The Athletic, the full-back and his representatives held final talks with the Hammers on Sunday before reaching a personal agreement with the club. The player will put pen to paper on a five-year deal and the Red Devils will receive a transfer fee of £15 million (€17m/$19m).

The 26-year-old's imminent departure from Old Trafford means that United will now be able to complete the transfer of Bayern Munich defender Mazraoui. Over the weekend it was reported that the Manchester club had struck a deal with Bayern over the transfer of the Moroccan as they agreed to pay €15m (£12m/$15m) plus €5m (£4m/$5m) in bonuses. The move, however, depended on Wan-Bissaka's transfer.

The Hammers needed a right full-back after Ben Johnson left for Ipswich Town earlier this summer. The former Crystal Palace man will become Julen Lopetegui's third defensive signing after confirming the transfers of Max Kilman and Jean-Clair Tobido.
