The 21-year-old was set to move to Chelsea last summer, but saw a deadline-day transfer fall through. However, his form for both Celtic and France's Under-21 side has seen demand increase, with United now in the running to sign him.
LIVERPOOL WANT DRAXLER LOAN
Liverpool are looking to sign Julian Draxler from PSG on loan, according to reports in L'Equipe.
The 24-year-old has started just seven games so far this season in Ligue 1 following the signings of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, and could be encouraged to move to Anfield for more first-team action ahead of the World Cup.
