    THE BIGGER PICTURE

City are aiming to revamp their squad further this summer after spending £180m on talent in January. Vitor Reis, Abdukodir Khusanov, Nico Gonzalez and Omar Marmoush all arrived mid-season, while this summer should at least see the arrival of a replacement for Kevin De Bruyne and a full-back.

  • DID YOU KNOW?

Romano also states that Juventus full-back Andrea Cambiaso is on the club's radar as a left-sided defender. The 25-year-old has 13 caps for Italy and was rumoured to also be a January target.

    WHAT NEXT FOR MANCHESTER CITY?

City still have plenty to think about this season, currently sitting outside the Champions League qualification positions. They host Crystal Palace on Monday and take on Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup semi-final later this month.
