Lauryn Goodman 'reported Kyle Walker's wife Annie Kilner to the police' over shocking WhatsApp messages about Man City star's mistress

Walker's wife Kilner allegedly sent a message to friends that read "I want her dead" in response to Goodman's affair with her husband. Goodman shares two children with Walker and has previously said the threats from Kilner had left her "fearful." It has now emerged that Goodman actually contacted Cheshire police in January about the messages and was told they amounted to a “conditional threat" and any action would need to go through the civil courts, according to The Sun.

A source told The Sun: "Friends had told Lauryn about the ‘I want her dead’ threat so she decided to put it on record with the police in case anything happened with her and her two children.”

Goodman has decided not to take the matter any further for the time being, although a source told the tabloid “she has decided not to pursue this for now because she actually thinks Annie has been through enough." Kilner has recently filed for divorce from Walker and is thought to want half of the England star's £27 million fortune. Meanwhile, it's been claimed that Goodman "would love to be Mrs Walker" after hearing that the couple look set to split.

In the meantime Walker will aim to put his personal issues to one side and focus on his career. Manchester City return to action after the international break against Wolves on Sunday with Walker expected to feature.
