WATCH: Where's he going to go? Fraser Forster’s amazing penalty saves challenge

Having already proved he can score spot kicks, Sure put the Southampton goalkeeper back between the sticks to see if he can stop some

Last week, Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster proved his could step out of his comfort zone and handle the pressure of firing penalties into the back of the net, leaving Goal’s Studs Up presenter Rory with no chance of stopping them.

So, this week, Sure asked Forster to return to his comfort zone between the posts.

Forster was the hero of the hour earlier this month, blocking James Milner's penalty to earn his side a valuable point against Liverpool.

Milner had not missed a spot-kick since November 2009, having converted 10 consecutive penalties prior to Forster’s stop.

Goalkeepers not only have to react when facing a dead ball from 12 yards, but they are also asked to predict.

Where is the opposition player going to go? With such a short distance from which to strike the ball, custodians have to make high-pressure decisions by predicting which way they should dive.

Forster faced five penalties in quick succession. Watch the video and find out how the England international did in the Penalty Saves Challenge.
