The Foxes went up two goals after the midfielder scored on a tremendously difficult volley from outside the box.

Danny Drinkwater scored a spectacular volley for Leicester City on Monday, putting his side up 2-0 over Liverpool.

In their first match after Claudio Ranieri was sacked, the Foxes appeared rejuvenated. Jaime Vardy scored the club's first Premier League goal of 2017 before Drinkwater thundered home an extremely difficult volley from the top of the box.

The goal was the first for Drinkwater since the final game of Leicester's title-winning 2015-16 season.
