The 20-year-old has complained before about refereeing in Germany but admits he has his own issues to control when it comes to reacting to fouls

Borussia Dortmund attacker Ousmane Dembele has admitted he needs to watch his temper when he reacts to fouls, even though he thinks he's improved.

Mourinho: I'm a nobody at Man Utd

The 20-year-old has previously complained about refereeing in the Bundesliga, urging them to "act earlier and harder" to discourage opponents from fouling Dortmund players.

Dembele admits he gets "irritated and furious" when he is fouled, but says he is trying to control himself in a more measured way.

"I think it's getting better, I get a bit less upset than I did at the beginning" he told Kicker. "But I cannot completely disagree that my temper sometimes gets the better of me."

On Saturday, Dortmund contest the DFB-Pokal against Eintracht Frankfurt, and Dembele is hoping to end his first season with a trophy after Dortmund finished third in the Bundesliga and crashed out of the Champions League at the quarter-final stage.

"It would be the proof that I have integrated myself - and we have all worked hard this season" he added. "Winning in Berlin would be great for the team and the fans, especially after this difficult season."

Dembele has been one of Dortmund's top players this season since joining from Rennes last July, scoring six and setting up 12 in the Bundesliga, with a further two goals and six assists in the Champions League.
