Mbappe hints at PSG exit


Kylian Mbappe has dropped a bombshell hint that he could leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The 20-year-old striker was awarded the Ligue 1 Player of the Year award this evening and used his acceptance speech to state he wants more responsibility, whether that is at PSG or somewhere else.

Real Madrid have long been interested in the France star, who clarified that he was sending "a message" with his comments.

Rami vows Marseille stay and dismisses MLS talk


Adil Rami has dismissed rumours linking him with a move to the United States, vowing to stay at Marseille.

LA Galaxy are said to be interested in signing the defender after a difficult campaign for the Ligue 1 side, but he insists he is staying put to help "bring the house down" next season.

"I plan on staying at Marseille and bringing the house down. No MLS or whatever," he said.

Claude Puel wanted by Saint-Etienne


Former Leicester and Southampton boss Claude Puel could be on his way back into management with Saint-Etienne reportedly eyeing him.

Le10 Sport reports that Jean-Louis Gasset will depart the Ligue 1 side at the end of the season and the hierarchy see Puel as an ideal choice.

The 57-year-old has been out of work since Leicester sacked him in February and is said to want to join a foreign club but Saint-Etienne hope to bring him back to France.

Allegri will join Bayern or PSG, Napoli chief predicts


Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis believes Massimiliano Allegri will join either Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

The Italian coach will leave Juventus at the end of the season after five years and as many Serie A titles, but has not announced his next move.

De Laurentiis has a feeling he will join another European giant, but feels he would be better off in Bavaria than Paris. 

"I think Allegri will go to Bayern Munich or PSG," he said. "Bayern Munich is the most fitting place for someone like him."

AC Milan to fight off PSG with Donnarumma renewal


AC Milan have opened talks with Gianluigi Donnarumma over a new contract as they look to hold off interest from Paris Saint-GermainCalciomercato reports.

PSG are said to be eyeing him as a replacement for Gianluigi Buffon, having already inherited his spot in the national team, but Milan hope a wage rise will convince him to stay put for the time being.

The 20-year-old still has two years left on his current deal at San Siro, but the Serie A side are determined to tie him to a longer deal after his stellar season in goal and have already began talks with his agent Mino Raiola.

Ilkay Gundogan wants to open negotiations over a new contract with Manchester City

The midfielder has a year left on his current deal with the Premier League champions but has already seen talks over an extension break down because of his uncertainty over how much playing time he will be given next season.

Rangers look to keep Kent for a second season


Rangers manager Steven Gerrard has confirmed the club have made an offer to Liverpool to sign Ryan Kent again for next season.

The winger has enjoyed an eye-catching campaign at Ibrox since making the move from Anfield last summer, winning the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year.

“We’re doing everything we can,” Gerrard said to BT Sport.

Watford keeper Gomes still undecided about retirement


Watford goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes says he still hasn't made up his mind up about his reported retirement, and will speak to club officials about his situation soon.

The Brazilian stopper, who recently said that he was "99 per cent sure" he would retire this summer, admitted to the Watford Observer that he still hasn't made a final decision.

According to sources in the forward's home country of France, the paperwork is expected to be completed this week ahead of the Europa League final against London rivals Arsenal

Meunier uncertainty as Manchester United wait in the wings


Manchester United defensive target Thomas Meunier has suggested he could remain at Paris Saint-Germain and see out the final year of his contract.

The right-back was linked with a move to Old Trafford back in April, as reported by The Sun, but in an interview with Canal+ the 27-year-old Belgian said: "Nothing is clear, with regards to me or the club.

"People are enquiring, left and right, but I still have another year on my contract. The club knows my position, I have always said that I want to stay."  

Dembele reacts to Manchester United speculation


Lyon forward Moussa Dembele has reacted to speculation linking him with a big money move to Manchester United this summer.

Speaking to the Daily Record after watching his old club Celtic on Sunday, the 22-year-old striker, who has netted 18 times this season, said: "I signed for five years with Lyon and I'm happy there, but we'll see what happens. I'm happy to stay with Lyon next season but we'll see."

Gerrard hints at Rangers move for Stewart


Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has suggested the Glasgow club could look to sign forward Greg Stewart, who has spent the second-half of the 2018-19 season on-loan at Aberdeen from Birmingham City.

In an interview on BT Sport 2, Gerrard said: "Greg Stewart is a player that we admire very much."

Stewart is available on a free transfer this summer after being released by Birmingham.

Man Utd & PSG target Pepe will leave Lille, coach confirms


Lille coach Christophe Galtier has confirmed Nicolas Pepe will leave the club this summer amid reports Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are trying to sign him.

The 23-year-old is in-demand after an excellent season with the Ligue 1 outfit, who are resigned to losing him just two years after he joined from Angers.

Tottenham leading the race for Ndombélé


Tottenham are well placed to sign Tanguy Ndombélé from Lyon for next season, as reported by Telefoot. 

PSG and Juventus are also believed to be keeping tabs on the midfielder, but the player looks set to turn down the champions of both France and Italy in favour of joining Mauricio Pochettino's Champions League finalists in north London.

Setien leaves Real Betis


Real Betis manager Quique Setién has left the club by mutual consent, according to a statement. 

Betis were the only team to beat Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid this season, but the club could only manage a 10th-place finish, despite winning 2-0 at the Bernabeu on Sunday.

Setien was briefly linked with the Barcelona manager's job in January.

McAllister backs Morelos to stay at Rangers

Leicester watching 25-year-old Milan star


Leicester have sent scouts to watch AC Milan and Turkey striker Hakan Calhanoglu, as reported by Gazzetto dello Sport.

The 25-year-old has emerged as a target for Brendan Rodgers' Foxes as they look to build on their ninth place Premier League finish. 

The Turkey international signed for Milan from Bayer Leverkusen in 2017 and has made 65 appearances in Serie A.

The England international had been linked with a big-money move to Manchester United among others, but seems to have indicated he will stay with Lucien Favre as they chase domestic glory.

“Next season our target is to win, not come second,” Sancho spoke following a final day that saw Bayern Munich crowned as champions.

Brandt 50-50 to stay with Bayer


Julian Brandt has a "50-50" chance of remaining on the books at Bayer Leverkusen according to the club's managing director, per SportBuzzer.

Rudi Voller believes the Germany international is just as likely to stay as he is to leave, following the side's fourth-place finish in the Bundesliga.

They will compete in the Champions League next season but Brandt could yet switch to a rival club, with Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Tottenham Hotspur among those interested.

Navas set for Porto switch


Keylor Navas will apparently swap Real Madrid for Porto next season, according to reports from Don Balon.

Valverde plays down immediate Griezmann deal

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas seems to be trying to start a bidding war for Tanguy Ndombele, having asked PSG to join in. 

The French side's boss has now tempted his Ligue 1 rivals, claiming he would like to let the midfielder go there if they can match the offers from other top clubs. 

"I'm the one who revived the PSG talks so that they don't feel dismissed," he told told L'Equipe. "If PSG aligns with the three offers received and Tanguy agrees, it would be nice if he goes there."

Pogba needs to hand in transfer request for Man Utd exit


The France star has been told this is his only chance to move to Real Madrid

Paul Pogba will be required to hand in a formal transfer request if he is to leave Manchester United for Real Madrid, according to the Sun.

The France star wants out and Real coach Zinedine Zidane has told Pogba he must move this summer if he is to ever join the Liga giants.

However, United will resist any offers, so if Pogba wishes to leave, he will be required to formally demand an exit. 

Tottenham consider Allegri/Pochettino swap


Tottenham are considering a swap of managers with Mauricio Pochettino heading to Juventus and Massimiliano Allegri to London, according to the Express.

Allegri is departing Juventus after five seasons and Pochettino is considered among the front-runners to replace him.

The Italian is in high demand in England and would require assurances over transfers from Spurs chairman Daniel Levy, but is more open to Tottenham over Chelsea, who have a transfer ban looming.

PSG want to sign Kante this summer

PSG tell De Gea to sign on free


The Ligue 1 champions have promised a huge signing bonus to the Man Utd goalkeeper

Paris Saint-Germain are telling David de Gea to not sign a new contract with Manchester United so the French side can sign him on free transfer next summer, according to the Express.

Facing issues with Financial Fair Play, PSG are not certain they can afford to pay the £60 million ($76m) fee for a transfer this summer.

Instead, they're encouraging De Gea to wait until next winter, when they can sign him on a pre-contract and hand the United No.1 a hefty signing bonus, available because they will not have to pay a transfer fee.
