Athletic Bilbao will be hoping to improve on their poor European away form when they travel to Athens to take on Panathinaikos in Thursday's Europa League qualifier first leg.
Los Leones have lost four and won just one of their last seven European ties on the road, but are priced at 117/100 (2.17) with Betsafe to put an end to that streak with an important victory at the Stadio Apostolos Nikolaidis.
With three defeats to their name in their previous four home matches in this competition, Marinos Ouzounidis' team are actually 5/2 (3.50) outsiders to gain the upper hand in the tie.

Two of the guests' last three European away games have resulted in draws, and there are odds of 23/10 (3.30) available on them being forced to settle for a share of the spoils once again here.
Considering they collected just a single point from their six group stage matches in last season's competition, the Greek outfit may seem like the perfect opposition for a visiting side hoping to end their away day blues.

All in all, it would take a brave punter to back Athletic for victory at such a narrow price given their unimpressive away record, with odds of 29/20 (2.45) appearing far better value on Panathinakois in the draw no bet market.
